Three years ago Anna joined ERI as an Employment Counselor. Since then she has been a source of support to her customers with physical disabilities as they’ve worked to establish and achieve their personal and professional goals. She’s also been a joy to work with. Her thoughtful approach to providing service at the highest level, offhand sense of humor, and calm demeanor continue to brighten the lives of all of us at ERI, as well as our many partners in the community.
